Paul has 30 years’ experience in the education/learning and development sector, 20 years of which has been in the MENA region. During this period he has held an number of senior roles in both the public and private sector, operational and regulatory. His extensive experience includes delivering multiple education and training projects at K-12, tertiary/higher education levels as well as corporate training and development, in the UAE, Oman, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Ian has 15 years’ experience delivering technology solutions to Corporate clients. In his various senior roles with vendors and professional services firms, he has been responsible for client training, implementation and support in addition to product development, marketing, sales and business process consulting. At Arddel, Ian is responsible for client onboarding, solution mapping/delivery and ongoing satisfaction.
A Bachelors graduate in Human Resource Management at the Trinity University of Asia, Philippines, Gladys provides a vital link to clients and potential candidates by answering first-line questions, responding to queries and ensuring a high-level of personal service with fast response times. Prior to joining Arddel, Gladys worked in the Oil and Gas sector where she successfully recruited for oilfield technical roles.
